Indiana farmhouse has a wonderful amount of charm

This 40-acre Indiana Farmhouse sits just 20 minutes from the Notre Dame campus. The house is a 3700-square-foot traditional farmhouse -- complete with wraparound porch and pointed roof. It features 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, and according to the home's AirBnB page, it "has been used in 2 movies," although it does not say what the films are.
The house also hosts an antique sale twice a year, which might explain where some of the beautiful furniture inside of the house came from! Let's take a peek inside.

The kitchen features a lovely wooden island, perfect for preparing meals. Also notice the yellow-framed chalk board against the backsplash -- there are plenty of lots of chalk boards in this house!
This antique door has been transformed into a bulletin board against the refrigerator in the kitchen.
In the bedroom, the bed features a lovely wooden backboard. The two porch lights build on the home's farmhouse aesthetic.
Next to the bed, a wall has been coated in a chalkboard paint, allowing the wall to be drawn on with chalk.
The real star of this house is this absolutely lovely bronze clawed tub. How often do you see a lovely bathroom piece like this?

The house is available to be rented on its AirBnB page for $250 a night, not a bad deal considering up to 10 people can stay at the house at once.
