Anaheim bungalow has plenty of room for a family to grow

Supported by imposing tapered columns, this Anaheim, Calif. bungalow borrows many of its attributes from classic Craftsman homes. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms are tucked away in this deceptively sized abode — at 2,112 square feet, this bungalow is larger than it appears. There's plenty of room to spread out.
This California Craftsman-alike was built in 1920, just as the Craftsman home trend was thinning out. With a lot just under 8,000 square feet, there's room to wiggle on every side of the house.

While it's not obvious in the exterior photos, this home has two front doors, and they're both visible in this first interior shot. Wide windows adorn the walls, ensuring that there's always some way for light to find its way in.
Turning around, we get another view that gives us a glimpse of the kitchen. To give a sense of perspective, the window pictured in the shot below is the same window pictured in the shot above.
Dark hardwood floors are complemented by matching ceiling trim, which are both in fine contrast with the light blue walls and white accents.
The kitchen isn't huge, but with a dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator, you've got all the essentials. Most intriguing is the path that leads outside.
While Anaheim isn't exactly known for its chilly winters, there'll never be a cold night with a fireplace like this. It's not just a fireplace, though. While you're burning wood to stay warm, a built-in barbeque guarantees that your backyard bashes are always a blast. Bratwurst over a burning oak fire? Count me in.
This view of the house's rear takes a bit of the home's deceptive nature away, giving a glimpse at how much space there is inside.
