Craftsman in the suburbs of Seattle offers a lot of room to roam

With four full bedrooms, two full (and one half) baths, this 3,000+ square foot Washington state Craftsman is a lot of home. That being said, warm colors throughout the house make it feel warm and cozy — except maybe when you're blasting the central A/C. A fenced in backyard will keep the kids close in the summertime, but nearby Lake Sammamish ensures there's always a place to "get away."
The first floor of the home is really open, with the kitchen, dining room, and living room spaces flowing from one to the next. The wine rack and matching set of chairs at the island is a nice touch.

There's a lot of space in this home, but the way the floor transitions at an angle from hardwood to carpet helps to provide some separation.
A different angle of the living room reveals a white fireplace, providing a nice contrast with the light green walls.
Around the corner from the kitchen is another, more formal dining space. The black leather chairs add a touch of class to an already elegant space.
The master bedroom has ample space, and with the panoramic set of windows, the view out to the trees will remain unobstructed from practically any point in the room. The lovely bedspread finely complements the walls. With so much room, the possibilities are endless. It's the master bathroom that really seals the deal, though.
Another panoramic hangs over a spacious bathtub. The his-and-hers sinks are bound keep mornings stress-free!
The wood-surrounded backyard has a bit of grass for the kids to play in, and a relaxing patio for the adults. With the grill, this is a wonderful space for entertaining.
