1. Southbound Train Farmhouse by Garman Homes
This unique and contemporary farmhouse has two levels and three bedrooms. The main level is an airy open concept that includes the living room with a fire place, the dining area, and the kitchen with an island. Upstairs the master suite includes a spacious walk-in closet and its own private porch. Two additional bedrooms and a loft are towards the front of the house.
2. Southern Farmhouse by America's Best House Plans
This farmhouse welcomes you with a large wraparound porch. The foyer is flanked by a formal living room on the right and a dining room on the left. The great room boasts 9-foot ceilings and two access doors to the back terrace. The kitchen is conveniently connected to the mudroom and includes a bayed dinette area. The master suite is on the main floor and four additional bedrooms are upstairs.
3. Traditional Farmhouse by America's Best House Plans
This traditional, single-level farmhouse plan makes efficient use of every square foot. The entrance leads into a "keeping room", a great place for bag and shoe storage. From here you can enter the family room and dining room, or walk straight into the kitchen. The bright breakfast nook in the kitchen leads down a hallway to the second bedroom. On the opposite end of the house is the master suite with dual vanities in the bathroom and a large walk-in closet.
4. Country Farmhouse by America's Best House Plans
This country home has a beautiful living room with a fire place and 12-foot ceilings. The spacious kitchen includes an island with an eating bar and a breakfast nook. The dining room and study are located on either side of the foyer. The luxurious master suite includes a bayed sitting area with access to the back porch. Two more bedrooms and a computer area are upstairs.
5. Pleasant Grove Farmhouse by Architects Northwest
This spacious plan features a full wrap-around porch for outdoor entertaining. Inside you'll find a formal living room and dining room at the front of the house and a large great room at the back of the house. The kitchen includes a large walk-in pantry and oversized square island. All the bedrooms are upstairs. The master suite features its own fireplace and his and her closets.
6. Bridle Trails Farmhouse by Architects Northwest
This luxurious plan is for those who prefer a less open layout. The main floor is broken up into separate rooms and includes a formal dining, formal living, den, family room, breakfast nook, and kitchen. The garage is connected by the covered porch. Upstairs is the master suite and three family bedrooms. The master suite boasts a sitting area with cathedral ceiling.
