Pore over the rooms of this dearly loved farmhouse

Sarah Phillipps is an interior designer trained in London and the voice behind the Instagram account, "She Holds Dearly".  She and her family are the proud owners of a 1906 farmhouse that Sarah happened upon one day while out with the kids.  She inquired with a friend about the home and was told that the farmhouse, and the land it sat on, had been owned by a family for many years and that they would never sell. However, once she took a closer look at the home she discovered that it was for sale and within their price range, and the rest is history.
A few years have past and Sarah has had the time to add her personal touch to this century-old home.  Her style, a combination of  rustic decor and old world charm, truly accentuates the beauty of this historical home.  Nothing is overdone or overwhelming but carefully designed and thoughtfully arranged, making this home a deserving of a second look.
