View this beautiful colonial home decorated in a rustic farmhouse style

You can imagine that the home behind the 'Somewhere on Main' Instagram account is bustling on any given day.  In this 1908 Colonial home reside Karen, the voice behind 'Somewhere on Main', her husband, four children, and two labs.  In addition, they also rescue and foster labs when there is a need. However, despite the busyness of life, Karen has designed a home that is immediately welcoming and also restful.  The soft neutral color palette and rustic farmhouse style really create an atmosphere that is calm and does not overwhelm the senses.  In addition, each room has been filled with plenty of soft, textural fabrics that call out to be rested upon.
Karen has been selective with her decorating choices which allow the classic architecture of the home to speak for itself.  When a home has great bones like this one it doesn't need much to really make it shine.
