When it comes to decorating kid’s rooms, we can be faced with the hardest challenge in stylizing our homes. Kids' bedrooms are tough because they should be fun and youthful, but there are two problems with that; they eventually grow out of that and you also want the décor to compliment the rest of the house.
Country style kid’s rooms are easy to incorporate the playful tones they like at young ages while still allowing you to bleed some of the main house design into it. Here, see for yourself!

1) Room for Three
This Kid’s room is built around the idea of multiples. If you have twins or triplets this is a great idea. But see how the use of chunky textures like logs and other items can make the space fun, but the mature color pallet is easy on the eyes.
2) Blush Beauty
This girl’s room is an absolute delight to look at. The playful wall decals make this fun for any age she may be at, and when she eventually grows out of it, simply peel them off. The soft, blush and pastel color tones easily blend to the main house décor, too.
3) Pattern Perfection
Designing a kid’s bedroom doesn’t mean you have to go over board with bright colors and clunky toys. By sticking with a monotone pallet like beige or another neutral color, you can rest assured that it will compliment the rest of the house. But to kick up the fun factor, find a single shape like this fox and create a steady pattern on the wall.
4) Country Boy
Decorating a boy’s bedroom can be difficult. They’re all about cartoon cars and monster trucks these days. But you can use that to your advantage by going back in time and pulling inspiration form old fashioned cars like this and using the country style you love with them even noticing.
5) Big Girl
This girl’s room is magnificent! I know many of you probably wish you had something similar as a kid. It’s fun and playful, with the contrasting colors of red and blue, but still has a ‘grown-up’ feel to it. She won’t be growing out of this country style kid’s room anytime soon.
6) Smart and Savvy
This bedroom can easily be used for children. You still get your country influences of gingham, stripes, and a favorite pop of color. But adding a cool chalkboard and a few other youthful items is a great way to make them love it, too.
7) Choo Choo!
An awesome example of a little boy’s room (or even girl’s, if they’re into trains!). The bedding, floor to ceiling wainscoting, and natural wood floors are all very mature. But the addition of novelty items like the railroad signs and playful colors make this a cool kid’s room.
